The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was so beautiful, with glass walls and extremely clean. The receptionist, was a Romanian guy, extremely welcoming, helpful and professional. We loved the jacuzzi, swimming pool and the steam room. The sofa from swimming pool was extremely comfortable we nearly called asleep.

We had an amazing stay at the pan pacific, the staff were professional and personable, making our experience extremely memorable. Staff is exceptional and very attentive. I broke my foot a couple of days before the trip and i was conceded an accessible room and a wheelchair to get around. Restaurant is very good as well. Special praise to Jake who was of tremendous help! Would 100% stay again.
