Really great facilities. We enjoyed the gym, didnt get a chance to use the spa. Breakfast was great and lobby was super vibrant and lively in the evening. Few steps from the tube, very convenient.

Very friendly staff, clean room, tasty brraksfasts, great location. Peaceful neighborhood. Fan for very hot days.

The room was big enough for us 4. (2 Adults and 2 Children). The bathroom was also spacious, the whole room was clean. There was an iron and an ironing board. (Not every hotel has them, so for me it was a bonus...) A little fridge was also included. The location was great, central London easily reachable by public transport (bus, underground, overground). There is a super italian restaurant just around the corner (Franco Mancas) and another Persian restaurant just opposite the hotel. I recommend both. The restaurant in the hotel we haven´t tried, but seemed quite nett. The staff were friendly.

Everything was perfect, we used the storage room and the staff was so flexible !! The room size was perfect et it was very quiet at night and in the morning ! The hotel is max. 15min away from 3 different subway stations and all are in zone 2 so it was so easy to go in city center !

Located in the very front of Swiss Cottage Underground station (Jubilee Line), so convenient to connect everywhere famous in London. Every staff was kind, and the cleaning service was perfect. As a foreigner, I had a sort of fantasy about the 'English breakfast', but the fantasy was just a fantasy. I think it's very difficult to find a hotel like this with good price and quality in London.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Hide, an exquisite boutique hotel in London, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The manager, in particular, is a gem - friendly, approachable, and dedicated to making your stay perfect. The location of this hotel is a dream for travelers. Situated near the tube station (northern line), and the bus stop at the door step, getting around London was a breeze and everything was easily accessible. The rooms are tastefully decorated, with a modern yet cozy ambiance. They are well-maintained and spotlessly clean, providing a haven of relaxation after a long day. I can't recommend this boutique hotel enough. It's the perfect place of luxury and comfort in the heart of London, thanks in large part to the exceptional staff and Khaled, the manager. I can't wait to return!
