The small, family-owned hotel is in a perfect location, a quiet residential neighbourhood, only 5 minutes walk above Rustaveli Avenue. The owners, brothers Guram and Irakli, were friendly and professional and met me on arrival. Breakfast is included in a nice, top floor room (I did not take, as I left for an early train the next morning). The ground-floor room was very clean, well-maintained with everything needed. I wish I found this great place earlier in my time in Tbilisi.

stunning place! absolutely worth the money and your time in Tbilisi. Great location in the city center and easy to get everywhere. Very stylish and modern place. We booked 3 rooms for our family and each of them were great : clean, cozy and spacious. We also really enjoyed restaurant downstairs for dinner. special thanks to the staff of the hotel, everyone was super friendly from the reservation process, when I had questions about bathrooms in the room, till the check out. oh and I fell in love with their “I want to sleep” rabbit toy that they use instead of ‘Do not disturb’ sign.
