We were upgraded at checking in to a lovely prestigious suite which was spacious and comfortable with it's own private pool and lovely views of the adjacent mountain. Staff attention was excellent as was the buffet breakfast with a wide choice of delicious food.

We never go to the same hotel as we are looking for new experiences, but this hotel combined with Rhodes has made us want to plan a new trip forward in time with family or friends so that both we and others can experience what we did. - Wonderful, nice and helpful treatment by the staff, they clearly made the whole experience so much better! - Always the best service at any time and professionally - The food is of the highest quality, several restaurants with a lot to choose from and enjoy - Beautiful and modern facilities, the room was absolutely perfect, the architecture well thought out and beautiful, 4 beautiful pools with lots of space, everything related to the pools made us constantly sunbathe/swim in a five star experience. - Gym well equipped with a wonderful modern exotic environment - Supermarket super close - And so much more... I want to thank all the staff at the hotel who were so extremely nice to us. Especially to, - Sokrates, a very down-to-earth and professional hotel manager. - Notis the bartender and Manos the waiter, wonderful people who have become our friends. - Valantis and Barbara in the reception with the finest smiles and service. - Niko and Niko bartenders with wonderful humor. - Ourania and Nadia with a proffesionally and friendly approach. - Janis manager also professional and there for everyone. Cook’s club was the best desicion and we will be back!

We stayed here on our first ever trip to Rhodes and honestly, it couldn’t have been more perfect. The suite was absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean and really thoughtfully put together. What really blew us away was the welcome: fresh fruit, eggs, milk, fizzy drinks, beers—it felt so generous and went way above and beyond what you’d expect. A huge shoutout to Anthoula, who is just incredible. She was so lovely, attentive, and helpful—always just a message away. She honestly felt like a local friend, full of great advice on what to see and do. The amount of things she did for us was amazing, she’s a real gem and such an asset to the place. The whole vibe of the property is calm and luxurious without ever feeling overdone. There are only four suites and it’s so clear that they’ve designed everything with care and respect for the environment—no overdevelopment, just peace and space. I’ve travelled a lot over the years and stayed in some pretty top-tier hotels around the world, but this little gem honestly outshines so many of them. A perfect spot for anyone looking to relax in luxury. Can’t recommend it enough.

This hotel was amazing with children. Waterpark is excellent, even adults could feels like children again. There were a lot of kind of meals, cocktails, snacks and dinners in different restaurants parts of the all inclusive, everybody find something to eat, even my kids. There is so many pools and activity, that you unable to try everything during one stay. The staff is really nice, kindly help with any requests. We had a wonderful holiday.

The room was spacious, recently renovated and had a view of the indoor pool which we had access to from our room.The room and the rest of the hotel areas were very clean .The staff was extremely kind. Easy access to all areas of the hotel. The buffet was fantastic with lots of variety to choose from, enough to please even the most demanding ones!
