HungaryAbsolutely loved it!!!! Its exactly what I wanted. Its in the middle of nowhere 🤣 You can wake up of the sounds of birds and insects! Breakfast was included, I got a bowl of fruits, delicious. And there is wifi but at the kitchen area.

Please please please do not wear sunscreen if you plan on getting in the water and bring a reusable bottle that you can refill to avoid buying more plastic which doesn't get recycled and ends up in landfills.

Good location for semuc champey, restaurants, tiendas and so on.
Staff was friendly.
Nice view from the balconies.
At check in the owner (i assume) informed us that parts of the hotel is under construction, and the hot water isn't working yet.

The room was spacious and clean, good beds, the vibe in the common area of the hotel (bar/restaurant) is nice, they served good breakfast which was included. There is no wifi in the room but the connection in the bar/restaurant is good. The location of the hotel is great for exploring Semuc Champey.

We were looking for something to relax for a few days with A/C, a good hot shower, wifi and a pool, close to Semuc Champey. The Viñas hotel generally checks these boxes - but see below. The location is indeed perfect if you want to visit Semuc Champey, as we did with our own car. The staff is very helpful, kind and helped us with all of our questions. Our room was lovely and spacious. The town itself is lively and an experience at nighjt - we recommend Donde Rodin for delicious, cheap and easy food prepared by lovely people.

Nice charming hotel with quiet surroundings. Big room and toilet with hot water. Spacious garden and hammock. Chair to sit outside and possibility to dry the clothes. All was clean and impecable. They also help in getting tours and transfers to other cities. Helped me book semuc champey and also bus to flores. Amazing hosts

Amazing place with great views and great facilities, we loved the pool table and bar as well. Food and drinks were reasonably prices, good portions and very Tasty. We did a really nice private Tour with them to semuc champey
We were just surprised that it was very empty. Could be a really social hostel like greengos but for half the price. It just needs you people ;)

Mary and Luis were super helpful in all respects. They organised tours and transport onto Antigua for us. Room was comfortable and had a choice of fans. We didn’t need them as it was cool enough. We were able to both wash clothes and have them washed. Had a great day with David at Semuc Champey organised through the hostel plus an interesting tour to a local cacao producer and saw the production of cacao paste.

extremely helpful staff. Manager Ronaldo was super attentive and polite. the location is very good (600m from the entrance to Semuc champey). the hotel lobby has a sensational view!

Location: it is a perfect base to explore Semuc Champey, just few minutes walking. The setting is amazing, with a great swimming pool available to guests (a Jacuzzi pool was also present, but broken when we were there). The structure offers bth hotel and hostels choice. The staff is very friendly and willing to help, there is a great vibe.

Really beautiful hostel, and I loved the dining area and the big communal tables. the staff were also incredibly kind! It was close to Semuc Champey and we tubed back from there which was really fun. of course the ride to the hotel from Lanquin is quite bumpy, but it’s to be expected in the middle of the jungle. The food was also INCREDIBLE! I loved the veggie options and the breakfasts were great too.
