The welcome when arriving at the hotel much earlier than the allocated check in time was outstanding, friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was taken at the Lobby Cafe, this was excellent. And when a room was allocated it was better than we could have wished for, spacious, clean and with all facilities that you could reasonably hope for.

Inspired by nature, the chic W Hong Kong towers over busy West Kowloon with its 76th-floor outdoor pool, pampering spa treatments and its 73rd-floor 24-hour gym.

(+)The hotel and the rooms appear to be of very high quality - the view from the hotel room was great. (+)The hotel has the highest pool in Hong Kong and the view is impressive. (+)The hotel is located directly next to/above a shopping center. In the evening there are numerous shopping and dining options available.
