top hotel in top location. wonderful staff. amazing breakfast with its own Illy coffee bar. great coffee in the rooms as well. very nice spa area. pool and views are stunning. amazing hotel all around.

The hotel was stunning, set on a quiet peninsular south of Pula. There were shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel and even a small beach just a stones throw away. The staff were superb all round, receptionists were fantastic at recommending local spots to eat/drink/enjoy Pula. The bar and waiting staff were courteous and attentive throughout our trip. We opted for the bed and breakfast option and were very impressed with the selection every morning. We also ordered a couple of poolside snacks (club sandwich and pizzas) throughout our stay and again each time it was delicious. One evening we ordered a bottle of wine, our only direction to the gentleman was “red and preferably local”, upon his return we had a table-side opening and information about the wine and vineyard it came from. Top quality service from start to finish. The room was modern, quiet and exceptionally clean. Fresh linens and towels daily. We brought our own toiletries with us but to my partners delight there was Elemis products provided. We also had a smart TV which we used to stream music on YouTube whilst getting ready each evening. Overall a superb experience. Would highly recommend to anyone. Thank you to each of the staff that made our stay so memorable.

Valsabbion is a truly exceptional hotel. It's rare to encounter such meticulous attention to detail—from the comfort and color palette to the overall ambiance. The owners, along with their entire team, do an outstanding job in creating a space that feels both luxurious and welcoming. Slowly but surely, Valsabbion has become our go-to sanctuary for recharging after a demanding year of work. The rooms evoke a sense of a refined home away from home, and this year’s stay in a junior suite with a beautiful terrace was no exception. Furnished with cozy sofas, chairs, and umbrellas, it was the perfect spot to relax for hours, watching the pool melt seamlessly into the sea. The hospitality was truly exceptional. Mary, Luca, Dino—and everyone else on staff—embody the art of genuine care and service. We especially want to highlight the remarkable culinary journey Dino curated for us. As vegetarians with slightly selective tastes, dining out can be a challenge. Yet each evening, Dino crafted delightful surprise dishes based on just a few clues about our preferences. Mary’s expert wine pairings added another layer of magic to every meal. We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Valsabbion and are already looking forward to our next visit.
