Welcoming, very friendly and highly professional, good English speaking staff and very fast response to my queries and call for assistance before our arrival. Amazing breakfast in the near hotel RUM 2 mins walk from GIN in the top roof restaurant with a Michelin star and beautiful view. Not usual but really delicious breakfast, an extraordinary experience! We would come back again for sure!

It was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly and helpful, we even had a few laughs with them. We had a hectic schedule but we were so relaxed at the hotel and it made it one of the best holidays we have ever had and already looking forward to going back again.
