The location was very good. It was located one street behind a boulevard. So it was very quiet. The rooms were clean, larger than it look like on picture. Their is a refrigerator that is not mentioned in the description. It was a nice suprise. Staff were very kind, and their level of english was very good. It was easy for communication and for request. The hotel is beautiful and it's all renovated or new building, I'm not sure. It has just opened in march or april 2024. Sebastien at the reception was amazing. We were a couple with a 7 month old daughter. It was weird on the booking site that they recommended only the family room, but we contacted the hotel, and they told us that we could ask a cot in our room for a baby. The buffet was nice with local and Western meals. A nice variety of dishes. The rating at the moment we booked the room was 9.2/10. It lives up to the hype.

First of all endless love to all the people who made me feel at home at Raffles Jakarta: Audrey, Fahrul, Felix, Amanda, Ratu, Jojo, Dimas, Natan and many many others! They surprised me everyday, remembered all my preferences in food & even colors! Even served me desserts under the rain & found me kecombran, which even wasn’t on the menu! 🥰🥰🥰 Even cooked black sticky rice for me daily as soon as they found out that it was my favorite! 🥰🥰🥰 It was my Birthday trip & post-surgery recovery - Raffles was the best place for that! I felt so much care - a real princess treatment! The Artist’s Suite with the city view bath, the garden with sculptures, the mosaics, the gorgeous pool! Tried the lavender massage at the spa - a total bliss! The yoga deck with the garden view! It’s so easy to forget that this is a hotel in the middle of a busy city - Raffles is a real hideaway oasis!!

Everything was perfect! The staff were absolutely amazing. They helped me with my full proposal to my wife to be. Everything last minute, they went out a bought me wedding ring box, decorated the room (amazingly May I add). Me and my wife to be could not have been happier. The staff even gave us a little teddy bear for our son waiting at home. Huge thanks to Velma, Melany, Nandhira, Houdy, Galang, Steven. I literally could not have proposed without you guys! ❤️❤️❤️

Breakfast was nice, very friendly staff with nice smiles and greetings every where I go. They Can Speak English specially beautifully service from a young lady called Arini , great location close to city . Yes I would highly recommend this place.
