United KingdomThe hotel is in a very good location. There are a lot of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.
The staff are amazing, kind and very helpful. Our room was lovely with direct pool access. Kanvaz offers a phenomenal breakfast which I highly recommend to get. It has a lovely patisserie too to try some of the best desserts , juice and jams! We also had a yoga class at the top floor which was really nice to start your day. We will definitely go back.

MauritiusGreat location- just minutes walk from the shopping area and few mins by car to the mall. Staff very courteous and friendly- gave us good advice. Breakfast had a good variety and changed the next day which is great if you are staying for a few days. Hotel is amazing- better than the online photos!

Staff were friendly and very helpful. There is a shuttle service to seminyak village, and we were also able to use it for a nearby place. We were given a welcome fruit bowl in our room and complimentary drinks and toiletries. We had a good size room and comfortable bed. The breakfast was also delicious. Seminyak flea market is just across the road while Seminyak Village is just a 5 min walk away. The beach is also a 5 min walk away. Even though it is centrally located, it was less chaotic to some of the other busy areas of Bali. Overall, the accommodation was comfortable and pleasant. There are also a lot of cafes snd restaurants nearby. The hotel staffs are very attentive and pretty much remember guests by their name. The hotel has a good wellness spa which is very affordable.
