I recently had the pleasure of staying at an excellent hotel that exceeded all my expectations. The hotel's location was superb, being conveniently situated in a nice place. Not only that, but the staff went above and beyond to accommodate all of my requests and needs throughout my stay. I must give a special mention to Vitor, who provided exceptional service with a friendly and professional demeanor. His attention to detail and commitment to ensuring a delightful experience truly made a difference. My stay at the Carlton was simply perfect. The hotel amenities are magnificent, the location is perfect, the breakfast is exceptional, the rooftop pool is incredible and offers a breathtaking view of the entire city and the coast… Most importantly, I felt right at home. The service was incredible, simply perfect, and the hotel employees, all genuinely kind, always attentive and at your service, made me feel at home, like a member of their family. Beautiful Hotel, Amazing Location, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Very Comfortable Beds, towels for the beach, very large selection for breakfast. Right on the beach, private entrance to hotel. Amazing view, we had a King Room with Sea View, well worth it.
