The location is great. It is just in the heart of the German colony and within walking distance of other attractions.
The room is comfortable with a common balcony for a morning cafe. There are sockets near the bed, very practical.
The owner is helpful and communicative.

Good location in the German Colony, with a lot of restaurants and historic buildings, near the train station (Merkaz Ha Shmona), the Haifa Port and Bat Galim beach. The atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming, the hostel has a unique interior design, the rooms are simple and functional, shared toilets and showers were clean. I enjoyed it very much and will be happy to stay again.

The staff members were pleasant and they provided a nice breakfast. The rooms were generally clean but the hotel was a bit run down with older carpeting in the hallways. The location was great as it was near highways and in the German Colony. This is a good hotel price-wise for business travel or for a visit to Haifa and Akko.

Great apartment, bigger than I expected. Everything was super clean, and it was well equipped. Yara was wonderful, kind and helpful.
The location is awesome, a few minutes walk from the train station and very close to plenty of bars and restaurants. Also, it's a walking distance from Talpiyot market, the German colony and Wadi Nisnas.
Highly recommend, we hope to come back!

The apartments are located in the German Colony neighbourhood, a very central location. They are also sitting 200m below the Bahai gardens. A 30 seconds walk will take you to the the beautiful main street of the "Colony", where you will find all the good restaurants. The apartment are also only a 15 minutes easy walk from the train station. In front of the apartments is a cosy little courtyards, protected by a gate. Overall, a very quiet place at night. The place was also well-cleaned.

Moshe was an excellent host and very helpful. The room was very sunny and had everything I needed (plus a kitchen). The hotel is in a lively area with lots of restaurants and bars. Despite the scene, when I closed the balcony door, I could not hear noise from the street. It’s a short walk from the HaShomona train station and also to the German Colony and amazing Baha’i Gardens. Great value for the price!

Very cozy apartment in the heart of the German Colony with a wonderful view of Bahai Gardens.
Wonderful host Irene, she made our stay comfortable. She let us check in earlier check-in time.
The bed is comfortable with quality cotton bed linen and the apartment is very clean and well equipped.
We had a wonderful, comfortable stay in a lovely apartment.
