Everything, the hotel and ALL the staff are polite, attentive, the service was simply superb. The Management team should be congratulated for running an absolutely amazing hotel. It was simply the best hotel we stayed in, in India, the breakfast was amazing, the attention to detail in the rooms was amazing and the pool staff couldn’t do enough for you. We ate in the Italian restaurant twice and the food was just superb. We arrived very tired at 5-45am on our first day, the staff told us to sit down and they would come over to us and arrange check-in. They provided us with changing facilities and then we had breakfast before going out for our morning tour of old Delhi. Nothing was to much trouble for any member of staff. We will definitely be returning. Thank you for making our last few days in India so memorable.

I stayed at New King Hotel in Paharganj for one night and honestly felt like I got way more value than what I paid for. The service and cleanliness gave me a five star hotel feeling, but at a much more affordable price, which was a pleasant surprise. The location is also a big plus. It is very close to New Delhi Railway Station and just a short ride away from Connaught Place, so moving around was super convenient. The room was neat, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was polite and helpful throughout my stay. For the price, the experience was excellent. If you want something that feels premium without the high cost, this hotel is definitely worth considering. I would happily stay here again.
