Extraordinarily friendly and courteous staff, made us feel so welcome and well-looked-after. Utterly gorgeous hotel. You can get lost in any of the common spaces looking at the art and antiques. Rich with history, including a table at which Gandhiji and Pundit Nehru sat, which makes your hair stand on end. Cannot recommend more.

My stay was short but absolutely wonderful. The front desk team kindly arranged club lounge access, which was a lovely touch, and I also had the chance to enjoy the steam room and spa — both excellent. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options. The staff went above and beyond by surprising me with a rose petal bubble bath, which made the experience feel truly special. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail made my one-night stay memorable and thoroughly enjoyable.
