Besides its historic character and beautiful architecture, the service we received at Savoy was truly exceptional. We were celebrating a birthday and New Year's Eve, and the staff ensured our stay was truly memorable. Akshita at the front desk gave us a room with a stunning view and even arranged a birthday surprise. The dinner buffet at Savoy was excellent and the Writer's Bar was an absolute delight. Very highly recommended. We will definitely return.

The location was good, on the way to Kempty Falls and we didn't want to stay in Mussoorie. The lighting in the room was nice as well. The bathroom is clean enough. The staff are professional.

Location was good.and near to the different attractions. A good driver cum guide has been referred by the Reception staff and we visited a number of attractions like Kempty falls/ Company Garden/ Lal Tibba/ Landour/ famous Mall road/ Enjoyed doing shopping from Kempty fall market and Mall road and also.enjoyed different local UK cuisines. Staff were very good. We like the terrace and enjoyed the rain also with Pakode and tea sitting with family.

The location and the facilities were absolutely spot on, very near to Kempty falls, one of the major attractions of Mussorie. The property is also very spacious and the staff very helpful. The sunrise from the lobby looked stunningly breathtaking. All in all, it was a very memorable stay for our family and we would love to be back here.

The location is beautiful but it is difficult to reach. It is a difficult hike. Only young people can climb up and down. Next to the river and the sounds of the river make you feel calm. You can spend the whole day sitting on the chair in the river. The road down from the hotel to Kempty falls is lovely and is a 20 minute hike. The staff is nice and helpful and polite.
