Very nice hotel. Great food choices and helpful staff. Always an English speaking person at desk and everyone is helpful. Issued fixed within hours. Kind and courteous staff. Very professional. Near shrine. The front desk staff is very cooperative, nice and best customer service.

Highly recommend !!!! Amazing staff, all very helpful and great Very safe even if forgot my wallet they called me and they did all the needed to send it me back home to kuwait safely, the hotel manager himself helped in this. Breakfast is great and so many variety Lovely location next to the mall 2 mins walking, buses available to take you to the shrine and back even 10 mins walking to imam hussein shrine. Parking available in the hotel. Lovely staying in the hotel, will be back sure next time
