Kim was responsible for my check in and check out. He was so kind that I have already mentioned to all my friends about IQ Hotel Milan. The fact that even after the check out, upon disponibility, they allow you to take a shower is genious and really caring for the customers that are up for a long trip later in the afternoon/evening after a hot summer day. Fantastic stay. Very comfortable rooms and bathrooms. All a hotel should be :)

The hotel is well designed, clean and has good facilities. The staff was friendly and helpful. I was a bit sceptical of the location but it felt pretty safe and easy to reach.
