The staff was very easy to communicate with and provided all the information in a timely way. The late night check-in was very easy with the door lock codes.

The staff was amazingly friendly and available to help us with all ou requests. Anca and Francesca where super nice and thoughtful. The hotel was comfortable, clean and well located. Surely recomend.

More than you could hope for. Your made to feel like you are at home with the friendly staff and clean accomodations. Excellent breakfast provided to start your day.

The hotel has an amazing relaxing atmosphere with it's design and you feel you live in a garden. Rooms are nice, spacious and super clean! Going out and in 10-15 min walk you are in the best restaurants in Trastevere. You want to got to the Centre - 30-40 min walk, Vatican - again half hour. Awesome location close to everything and yet when you are there you feel you're not in the busy city. Great Breakfast and awesome recommendations for restaurants by the hotel - Ai Bozzi and Vanda, simply amazing! We had such a great time!

Our stay at Donna Camilla Savelli – VRetreats was nothing short of magical. This former 17th-century convent has been transformed into a serene, elegant retreat that feels worlds away from the chaos of Rome, yet sits just steps from the charm of Trastevere’s cobblestone streets and lively piazzas. The atmosphere is absolutely unique — vaulted ceilings, quiet courtyards, and a beautiful on-site chapel that still carries a sense of calm and history. We especially loved the peaceful garden and the breathtaking rooftop terrace overlooking the city at sunset. Our room was spotless, spacious, and filled with character — the perfect balance between old-world charm and modern comfort. The breakfast spread was lovely, with fresh pastries, fruits, and excellent cappuccino enjoyed under the ancient arches. Every staff member we met was warm, helpful, and genuinely caring — their hospitality made us feel at home. If you’re looking for a hotel that blends history, tranquility, and authentic Roman atmosphere, Donna Camilla Savelli is a true hidden gem. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Rome.
