Very kind and welcoming hosts. The garden is amazing. The location is not too close the city center but with subway ~20 mins. The size of the room is spacious enough. The neighborhood is also good.

The hotel was a stone's throw from Milano Central train station. So it was very convenient for us who are travelling by train to our destinations in Italy. I particularly liked their smoking area in the hotel that was located on the top floor, which was open, much like a roof top smoking area but shaded. Breakfast in the hotel was fantastic with various choices of cold cuts pastries and desserts for only 13 Euros.

Very nice stay experience. All the staff were very professional and happy to help the guests. They also gave us complimentary drinks. Special thanks to the lady who checked us in on the afternoon of July 16th, I'm so sorry I forgot her name. Thanks also to Ms. Ally at the front desk, she is a very nice and professional lady.Also, if you are traveling to Milan by car, this hotel is the best choice. They have an underground garage with very good security. We keep our cars inside and each garage has a separate steel door. The garage is spacious and SUV's can be parked easily. Our car was a Mercedes Benz Viano, which was still difficult to park because the vehicle is over 5 meters long, but with the help of the friendly staff we finally managed to park it. In addition, the hotel is close to Milan's train and subway stations, making it very easy to get around. Even the Milan Cathedral is not far to walk to, but due to the heat I ended up taking a bus or Uber.

I stayed at the hotel 7 years ago. Now the hotel is being reconstructed and it exceeded my previous expectation. The room are spacious, newly decorated, bed are so comfortable and bathroom is spacious as well and clean. People at the reception were so kind and helpful. We were happy enough to get upgrade for free and early check-in. I have been staying quite often in this area, and the nearby hotels are nothing to compare. This is the best 4stars hotel in this area.
