Very well located by the river , close to shops and restaurants. Hotel is very clean and bright at the reception . Bar is excellent , reasonably priced compared to those outside , nice canapés too.

Our 2 week stay at this fabulous hotel was exceptional. Purpose of trip was relax and thanks to the wonderful staff, beautiful calm setting, stunning property, large room in one of the villas, easy bus access to town, incredible breakfast and the attention to detail we achieved what we were after. It was elegant, discreet, calm and truly delighful experience. This former Augustine convent of the 13th century is set beside the Uffizi Gallery, facing Florence's Ponte Vecchio. The roof garden with bar offers views of the Cathedral.

The Location is great. Once you exit the Hotel, within 30 seconds you are on lively roads with shops, cafes, restaurants and museums as well. The Location is really great if you like to walk in a lively roads and streets. The People of this city are very helpful and peaceful. We did not have any issues and enjoyed our 4 day stay. The service in the hotel is exceptional from the receptionist to the concierge to the restaurant and housekeeping. This is one of the few hotels that exceeded my expectation and my expectation is usually high as a frequent traveller. The rooms are well designed using a modern twist of classical italian style. My kids loved their room as well.
