My stay in Santo Stefano di Sessanio , in Sextantio Albergo Diffuso was truly unforgettable. The hotel was beautifully restored using traditional materials and techniques, giving the rooms an incredibly authentic and historic charm. It felt like stepping back in time, but with all the comfort and attention to detail you could ask for. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. A special thank you to Fabiana and Jessica, who went above and beyond even before my arrival — answering all my questions quickly, helping me plan my trip, and organizing two amazing experiences: a cheese-making class and a bread-making class right in the village. Both were not only fun but deeply connected me to the local culture. The village itself is small but full of character. There are several lovely restaurants and charming little shops where you can find local products and souvenirs. If you love nature, you can go hiking in the nearby Gran Sasso mountains or visit historical sites like Rocca Calascio. Overall, this was a peaceful, enriching escape — the perfect place to slow down and disconnect. I would absolutely return and recommend it to anyone looking for something truly special and authentic.

I loved my stay here! It is a new, small, quiet and very nice hotel, just 8 rooms, a coffee bar on the ground floor and a small restaurant room on the 1st floor. There is a lift, free car park, it's very clean and the staff is super friendly. Castel del Monte is a tiny historical town, a perfect location to explore Campo Imperatore and surroundings. I definitely recommend it!

    Assergi is a perfect place for hiking, in particular if you want to catch an early cable car to the top of Campo Imperatore. Even though most houses in Assergi are empty, it is nice to walk through the tiny streets. The shared rooftop terrace of the building allows for beautiful views. The appartment was very clean.

    Refurbished spacious room just a few kilometres from the Campo Imperatore cable car. There's also an excellent restaurant and bar on site with extremely accommodating staff. Plenty of parking available too! Everything was first class.

    Excellent mountain retreat with private spa suite. We loved everything about our stay. The spa was exceptional, dinner was fantastic & breakfast was lovely. Very well managed hotel with professional staff a short drive from Campo Imperatore. Highly recommend- we will be back.

    The house is very modern and clean. It’s location is perfect for an excursion to Campo Imperatore and a lot of other hiking opportunities. Everything is thought of: there were toys for the kids, an equipped kitchen with barbecue stuff, a washing machine with washing soap, breakfast,… The beds are very comfortable. The house is cool even without air conditioning. Definitely recommended!
