Breakfast choices were amazing there was so much to choose from. Cooked food, cold hams, cheeses, cakes and pastries, fruit, home made jams to honey on the comb. The room was opposite the Basilica S. Lorenzo & Medici Chapel, within easy reach of most of the sights to visit .

This is among the best hotels we have stayed in. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, Lando, Ferdie, Jerry, Evelyn, Shirley. The room is always clean, there was enough variety of food at breakfast, the pistachio croissant was my favorite. We love how the hotel was decorated, its like travelling back in time. The location of the hotel dining area was amazing, its on top of a landmark archway. The stay in the hotel was a big part of our wonderful Florence experience.
