The staff is excellent, gifts when you check in and gifts when you leave. Free tangerines, water and sweets almost all day long. Very large and beautiful recreation area on the ground floor, you don't want to leave the hotel. The room is clean and very beautiful. The restaurant is just fantastic, we ate fish and pasta for dinner, very tasty. Breakfast is also great

The Hotel is conveniently located near the Duomo, good restaurants, Galleria, bank for ATM, and train stations. It is 20 minutes away from Milan’s central train station. The staff are genuinely friendly and caring. They even packed breakfast to go when we had to leave before 7 am. The artwork and interiors decor are sophisticated/modern. Very clean hotel.
