Firstly I would like to say thank you for that awesome stay, from the beginning you know that personel will perfectly take care off you, despite late night check-in Roger from reception welcomed us warm and with smile on face, in the later days he was a great support and always was helpful! Regarding the Hotel, rooms are cosy and nice, toilets are clean and the room services every day doing a great job here, so you feel taken care of. Next plus of the Hotel is tasty breakfast, here you have a big possibility of choice, and the crew here is also very nice especially Stefano, but rest also are very friendly, and you can feel like in home, if something is finished they are supplying it immediately. Last but not least on first day you are receiving bonus to the Bar in hotel, which is very nice idea, here Francesco take care of you and he is really friendly and honest person, do not leave your coupon, and use it, when you have bad day you can feel better here close to the chimney. Really recommend hotel and service on every stage the stay was pleasure and when I will come back to Milano I will choose Rubens 100%. Excellent communication to everything so you not need to worry about nothing. Also you can always choose a walk because hotel is not far from a centrum.

Staff were very welcoming and professional The location so close to the duomo but in a quiet street There was a bakery next door with excellent coffee and lunch and an Argentinian restaurant attached to the hotel for sinner which meant as a solo traveler I felt safe at night The breakfast was excellent and 15 euro which I thought good value The room was spotlessly clean and there was an opening door to the balcony with a table a chairs
