Excellent new hotel - spacious and beautiful

An amazing property in the heart of Milan !

Reception service is excellent! All team of the Hotel is attentive and hospital. If guests have any request managers of the Hotel tries to solve them immediately. Besides, I was very appreciate to receive a great assistance from all representatives of the Hotel, especially from Jessica. Restaurant of the Raddison is sophisticated and comfortable for spending time with family. Its cuisine is exactly excellent. We really enjoyed staying in your Hotel. Looking forward to visiting Radisson Collection Hotel again.

We wanted somewhere in the centre of Milan as we had various places to go, all around the centre, and we liked the look of this hotel online. But it was far better even than we expected. It really is very central, easily accessible from the airport by train (Milan Cadorna is about a kilometre away, or you can take the metro for a few stops and it's even closer). But despite this, it was incredibly quiet, with hardly any traffic passing by. The room was a very good size (we had a superior double room), with good and ample storage space, a desk, good lighting. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom a good size and with everything you would need. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were all both very friendly and welcoming and helpful. There are nice touches - a welcome drink, soft drinks free from the mini-bar, small cakes and apples available downstairs by reception. The look of the place is great too, with a lot of attention to detail. My wife and I both felt that this hotel has gone to the top of our list of favourite hotels and we would love to return sometime.

We would like to mention that this small boutique 22 room hotel is amazing and the staff exceptional, especially the hotel manager Manuel. We had a beautiful stay, the hotel is in a great location, quiet, the bed comfortable and within walking distance to almost everything. If you are visiting Milan and want to live like a local, the very knowledgeable and “elegante” Manuel will make sure your stay is the most memorable. From local attractions, superb dining options, how to get around the city and a gentleman who makes you feel like the only guest in the hotel, you must stay here. Nothing was ever too difficult and delivered with good humour and a cheeky smile. The adjoining Argentinian restaurant serves great bar snacks and quality drinks (thanks Antonio) within a beautiful dining ambiance, and the nearby Artisan Princi bakery, delicious. (at Bulgari prices) Grazie Mille. We will be back.
