Our flight was canceled, so we arrived a day later at the hotel. Fortunately, they kindly upgraded us to a junior suite, providing us with a wonderful welcome to a trip that didn’t start as we had expected. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. The location is perfect, allowing us to explore the less touristy areas of Milan. We loved our stay at the hotel and would definitely return if we visit Milan again! Thank you 🙂

The hotel is conveniently located near Arco della Pace and Parco Sempione, and it has easy access to several tram lines. I liked the building, inside decoration, and the bed was comfortable. Furthermore, everyone in the staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. It'll definitely be my fist option when coming back to Milan.

Everything about our room was very comfortable. Fantastic bed, great pillows, wonderful bathroom with great lighting, spacious shower and plenty of storage space. I loved the high magnification makeup mirror that was at just the right height. I also really appreciated the daily complimentary large bottles of water - including sparkling! They have thought of every little comfort feature that I look for in a hotel room. And what wasn’t there was quickly provided (extra pillows and hangers). Great breakfast buffet. We stayed 6 nights and really loved our stay.

I like the location of this hotel the most. It's very close to the stop of Malpensa Shuttle, and it's close the the Lotto metro station, from which you can easily get to the city centre. Moreover, it's just two metro stops away from the Lampugnano bus station, so you can easily travel to other Italian destinations from there. The staff was nice, and the room was ok. For me the most important thing was that it was clean and warm. The quality and price ratio, especially with a breakfast included, is great.

Apartment itself is super. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, cozy living room and kitchen with everything needed Clear instructions for chekin/checkout process. Very polite communication with service company. Location is super as well: about 7 mins walk to Lotto Metro station (M1 line, 15 mins and you are in the city center) About 10 mins walk to Shopping center and nice walking location About 5 mins walk to supermarket, where you could buy already cooked food (if you don't want to spend time for caffe or cooking)
