10min walk from Florence SMN station but close to one of the main streets. The neighborhood is quiet, clean and safe. Lots of great restaurants and cafe within 5min walk. The church is also 10-15min walk. The room is spacious and clean, love the high ceiling. The bed is comfortable. Seems like newly renovated. Have elevator. The host is very accommodative and responsive.

The staff were so nice, the breakfast was one of the best I´ve had, the room was good and the beds super, the location was good - about 20 minutes walk from the centrum, but the staff was the best :)

Hotel Orto de Medici is a delightful find near Florence's key attractions. Conveniently close to the train station, its charm captivates. The staff is exceptionally courteous, always ready to offer helpful advice. The hotel manager pleasantly surprised us with a room upgrade, ensuring a memorable stay. The food is tasty and also includes all options for those with allergies. We'll certainly return to this exceptional gem.

We fancied everything starting from the entrance hall ended to service, First of all the location is superb you can find anything near you, restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops and groceries. The staff was very warm and welcoming they have helped us in everything we asked for, kept our luggage, gave us needed facilties and they were available 24/7 even on the christmas eve. The room was fabulous, everything was sparkling clean and fantastic, in the room we could find everything we needed for one night stay, the beds and pillows were super comfortable and in the room we had the access to netflix and disney+. Thanks to this hotel our stay at florence was fierce, hundred percent valuable for money and I am definitely coming back there.
