It's was the second time I stayed at the hotel. The first time was nearly 10 years ago. And it's so much better now. They refurbished everything and it looks great. The room was very comfortable and tidy. Beds and shower were great too. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Great cost/benefit ratio. It was a bit far from the central station, but they showed me how to get there and it worked just fine. I highly recommend it.

Reception service is excellent! All team of the Hotel is attentive and hospital. If guests have any request managers of the Hotel tries to solve them immediately. Besides, I was very appreciate to receive a great assistance from all representatives of the Hotel, especially from Jessica. Restaurant of the Raddison is sophisticated and comfortable for spending time with family. Its cuisine is exactly excellent. We really enjoyed staying in your Hotel. Looking forward to visiting Radisson Collection Hotel again.

If you are looking for something nice, clean, quiet this is the best accommodation. Very good service, the room was big and it was cleaned day by day, they changed bed sheets and towels daily, even the toothbrushes. The tram station is right across the street and it takes you less than 20 mins to arrive in the central area. You can find a market near to property. If you have any problem, there is someone at the reception 24 hours a day. I truly appreciate the hospitality and I recommend 100% this property!!☺️ I felt great!
