It was a dream! The location, the staff everyone! We even got a surprise upgrade. Barbara was so nice to help us during breakfast as well, super nice lady! The receptionist as well🥰 she gave us a list of restaurants and was super nice.

We found this aspect particularly useful, as it saved us time and allowed us to smoothly transition into our vacation. The staff at Jazz Hotel truly made our stay memorable. Alessio, the friendly and kind-hearted individual at the front desk reception, deserves special mention. Alessio's warm welcome and excellent command of English made the check-in process a breeze. He was always available to assist us with any inquiries or requests we had during our stay, ensuring that we felt well taken care of throughout. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a modern and elegant aesthetic that adds to the overall ambiance. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.
