Absolutely perfect! The staff is amazing and very accommodating, they really do their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The rooms are even better than expected. We also tried the spa, the message there is definitely worth it. If I ever go to Torino again, I will go back there for sure.

Excellent service from the front desk, the car parking assistent and in the breakfast area. Very comfortable and calm hotel with nice roof top teresse. Nice and elegant and very clean/well maintained. Good location with short walking distance to museums and shopping and beautiful piazzas
