It was the best place we stayed in Europe, and the most important thing was the reception. It made us feel like we were at home! The sympathy of the guys and all the tips they gave us (a lot of hidden gems in Rome). Our trip to Rome was more special because of them. Very good location. Close to a subway station and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel.

Very good hotel. Near to everything you need... don't need metro or bus. The hotel is amazing, it's located in historical building near Termini station originally build in 1850. Clean, moder and has everything you need. The staff is super friendly and even we have received a bottle of prossecco for our wedding anniversary. The breakfast is so tasty and different every day. Hotel also providing with umbrellas and citymap so it's easy to get arround. They have mentioned there is renovation at the moment but no noise at all.

I booked a single room and it was spacious. I have my own tv, table, closet and the bathroom is big as well. Bed is good for a single person. A complimentary coffee and tea was given. You can heat your own water since there is a kettle. Wifi is also a bit fast. It is near Termini and can easily find it using G***le Maps. It has it's own gate and code so you can't enter.

The friendly / helpful front desk staff was great, they took every opportunity to be helpful and always with a smile. The room was comfy and the heated bathroom floors was a treat. Location is great and walking distance from a few great restaurants and the Metro.
