10/10! From the happy welcome from reception staff, extremely helpful and clear instructions- I absolutely loved the hotel! My room was in the annexe which was just around the corner (15 seconds walk). My room was big, very clean, big bathroom, comfortable big bed and all amenities working, the hurry is a 5 minute walk to the main vias for the fabulous atmosphere, shops and restaurants Lucca is stunning and I felt very safe walking around day and night. The breakfast was great, fresh, lots of variety and the dining room was lovely. There’s a lovely outdoor area to sit with tables and chairs. The staff are an absolute delight and couldn’t be more helpful ! I’d definitely stay again -grazie mille !!

Nice hotel in the centre of Lucca. Staff was very friendly and accommodating for my early departure from the hotel. Calm room on the pedestrian street.

The location is out of the fortress, but everything is super close. Nice restaurants just by 5 min walking. The hotel is completely renovated. Breakfast was great!

Palazzo di Pinto was a very nice surprise, the hotel is amazing, is beautiful, location is close to all downtown and main attractions and the attention we received was very good. The breakfast was amazing, the close was also very nice and big, the bathroom amazing !!! I cannot say enough words about how much I liked the hotel.
