Everything was perfect! Lovely hotel with lovely people! Everything clean and perfect. Very comfortable bed,clean towels and bathroom. Water in the fridge that was good for us when outside was more than 30 degrees. A very lovely welcome note and some chocolate on the table 🤗

Very comfortable and clean rooms, the terrace for the breakfast is amazing. The personnel was very friendly.

The hotel is very close to Termini station which is great if you're coming in or leaving by train. The check-in time is significantly earlier than many hotels in Rome. After 25 hours of travel from South East Asia we were very happy to have the ability to check in almost right away before the official check in time. The hotel made the extra effort to have a room ready for us knowing that we would be travelling for a long time. The rooms are very comfortable. Great mattresses and amazing pillows! I slept so well! Nice hot showers with excellent water pressure. The room was spotless, not a single speck of dust, There is no breakfast but the free hot/cold drinks corner with some breakfast snacks like croissants was very nice. The best part was the very friendly staff. I met two people working at the reception, and they were extremely friendly and ready to give advice at any time. I was so impressed with how kind and professional they were. I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommended! Thank you again for making our stay so pleasant!

24-hour reception desk was such a life-saver for someone having serious flight delays like me!!! Luggage storage was also super helpful. The room was very well-equipped. The location was so convenient, a throwing stone to metro station.
