The staff at the hotel were absoutely lovely, so welcoming, helpful and friendly to me. I was even offered a glass of wine when I got back from a long day of meetings. Despite the dated decor, the hotel was spotlessly clean, quiet and had everything I needed. Most impressive was the wonderful service. Thank you!

This hotel is stunning ... the rooms are immaculate, and has everything you will require. complimentary sof drinks and water, the location is great, the staff were amazing and durectly opposite Porta Nuova train station. the rooftop terrace is great for unwinding.

The staff were so lovely...the hotel perfectly situated but do réserve parking in advance. However there are plenty of private parking spots nearby. The rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. We also received a lovely welcome gift.
