It was centrally located, quite charming and a great staff. Very pleased with ability to park inside walls safely. We had lovely breakfasts and everything was close-by.

So much to enjoy about hotel ilaria! Staff were excellent, location is perfect, the free snack bar until 7pm, free use of the bikes, great breakfast. Would def recommend!

This place is a well kept secret. Great base in Lucca to operate from. The staff was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
