Great staff, very helpful. They responded very quickly to all our enquires. Very silent location, yet a 15€ (Sunday night surcharges applied) taxi ride away from the busy center. The room was very well kept and clean, modern and with all the necessary amenities. Very comfortable bed and great shower. Will definitely stay there again when in Naples.

We loved everything about Hotel Convento II The room was very clean and well ordered. Thoughtful touches added to the beauty which was in keeping with the area buildings. Very very near to everything and in the heart of all the action. The staff really made this hotel special. Friendly and welcoming and great for a chat. The breakfast was superb and again they have thought of everything. Though in the middle of many streets the room was quiet. We will come back and we will stay here again. Thank you all for your hard work.

Very family atmosphere, very comfortable. The hotel is very helpful when I was facing some problems. I booked two nights originally, however, I extended my stay for another two more nights. I suppose to check out before 10:30am, the hotel allow me to use the room FREE,until late pm as my ferry boarding time is 19:00pm. Also, coffee and tea anytime.

Amazing apartment in the city centre, we had a great stay in this accommodation. The apartment was a decent size and had good facilities. The apartment also had a balcony that overlooked Via Chiaia. The host Antonio was very helpful, providing recommendations for restaurants and activities and also providing recommendations for transportation options to the stadium for a Napoli football match. We had a great stay in the apartment and we would 100% stay here again if visiting Naples.

The location of this property is fantastic - the road runs parallel to Via Chiaia - it's safe and has loads of restaurants and cafes nearby! The property is large, so clean and has everything you need! The bed is huge and comfortable! I would definitely go back! The owner gave us so much information and recommendations about the area!

It's a very cute and comfortable apartment, situated in the heart of Naples. Via Chiaia, via Toledo, the Royal Palace and the sea are in a couple of minutes walking. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and beautifully decorated - a perfect place for a solo traveller or a couple. Also, I liked the good communication with the owner and the early check-in - at 12h the place is already available, no need to wait till the afternoon. I rarely put 10 points but this apartment really deserves them!
