Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional – the perfect place for a romantic getaway for two. From the very beginning, we were impressed by the warm and professional staff who met all our needs with a smile and genuine care. Every request was handled promptly, and the team paid attention to every detail of our stay. The room was tastefully decorated, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, with ambient lighting and a beautiful view. The atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and intimate, making it easy to relax and enjoy each other's company. Another highlight was the excellent cuisine and thoughtful amenities that ensured we didn't have to worry about a thing. This hotel truly deserves five stars – I have absolutely no complaints. We would gladly return!

Spotlessly clean, well maintained, stylish, large bedrooms. Superb breakfast in a spacious room, nicely decorated and a really good ambience. Great location.

Most amazing staff who were so so helpful upon my late arrival. Dinner suggestion of a local pizzeria (Vanacore - La bottega di Gragnano) was amazing and one of, if not the best pizza I’ve had on my many vists to Italy. Thank to the two Ladies (I’m sorry I have forgotten your names!) for making my 1 night stay so welcoming and for being so helpful. Breakfast staff were also very friendly and helpful in answering questions. Great location too for catching a ferry from the port which is located not too far away. Thank you again for a great experience!

Palazzo Dogana is a lovely old building full of character. I stayed in a comfortable room with a wooden high ceiling and a chandelier! Palazzo Dogana is centrally located and has access to all the life of Salerno. The host Bruno was very hospitable. I enjoyed my stay there.
