The Kuretakeso is a very good hotel located right next to the Hamamatsu station, the room is way bigger than expected which is always something nice, staff is nice and helpful, of course there's konbinis right next to it as well as some restaurants and izakayas. All in all it's a really strong option to consider if you're visiting Hamamatsu!

I liked everything about this hotel. The location was great, just a 10 minute walk from the main train station and 10 minutes in the other direction to Hamamatsu Castle. The breakfast in the mornings was delicious (fyi: but difficult for vegetarians). The room itself was big enough to keep my luggage open during my stay here. AC worked perfectly and there was even a humidifier. I can really recommend this hotel!

Excellent location with Hamamatsu station just 2 min walk away. Easy connection to bus terminal. Shopping and many restaurants very close by. Hotel dated but clean. Good-sized work desk and shelves in single room. Breakfast with Japanese and western selection more than adequate.

Walking distance to Hamamatsu Station around 10 mins walking(depends on the way you walk slow or fast, im pretty slow so yeah 😅) Its seems old building but the hotel really good with the maintenance. They serve free flow drinks from 3pm-10pm. Mad respect to the staff at check in counter, he try his best to communicate with me in English. Overall I would like to stay to this hotel again if I'm going to Hamamatsu area. Thank you so much!

The breakfast is good with variety and nutritious items. The location near Hamamatsu Station and bus terminal makes travelling very convenient. In the hotel vicinity there is a convenience store, several eateries and cafes and two malls nearer to the station. The hotel also provides a happy hour drink with snacks. There is also a small public bath.

Its location to Hamamatsu Station, use the South Exit walk across the 2 Zebra crossings down an opening turn left 15 Mtrs and the Hotel is on your Left! Happy hour is between 18-00 & 20-00 and it’s free, you are allowed 1 drink and a meal, brilliant

The hotel is centrally located next to Hamamatsu Station, that is accessible by the Shinkansen train from other major cities. There is a covered walkway from Level 2 of ACT City Mall into the hotel. The room is spacious and equipped with good amenities. There is a great view of the city from the room and the block-out curtains are very good to keep the room dark. It is within walking distance to 24/7 convenient stores and several restaurants and retail outlets for shopping.

The location (right nearby Hamamatsu station), facilities and ambinace was exceptional. There was no need to mention about cleanliness as Japan is next in it. Breakfast was exceptional too.

The hotel isn't too far away from Hamamatsu station and close to or rather in the main area. The room was clean and had all the essentials you need for a comfortable stay, the bed was comfortable too. There's an amenity bar where you can take stuff like face wash, razors etc., which was really nice. The staff was friendly.

The staff were lovely, friendly and helpful. Location is pretty good - within a reasonable walking distance from Hamamatsu Station, and close to shops, restaurants etc. There were plenty of amenities provided in the lobby area, and it was nice to have tea and coffee already provided in the room. Breakfast was good, with a selection of Japanese and Western dishes.
