The hotel is stunning. Very modern and stylish with shelves filled with books about art, interior design and various other topics. It's extremely clean, especially for Japan. All of the staff spoke good English and we're wonderfully helpful with checking us in and making sure we had all of the info we needed. The best part about the hotel though has to be the room. We were used to small rooms in Tokyo that we couldn't organise our luggage in. These rooms have some of the best storage solutions and space we've seen in any hotel. We were deeply impressed with how much space we had, the facilities, the bed, the PJs. Everything was perfect and exactly what we needed to recharge halfway through our trip. It feels like a hotel that pushes that bit further for exceptional service.

the location and the service was just superb. if you are going to osaka to observe the sakura season, then this is a great location to stay in osaka. if you are visiting osaka outside of sakura season, then this location could be far from some of the main attractions.
