The most special incredible stay we have ever experienced.. run by amazing hosts and staff- we were so lucky to come here and will never forget this experience for the rest of our lives. Hope to return one day soon! Incredible hospitality, cleanliness and beautiful historical home that was unique in so many ways.. felt like traveling back in time. Wonderful location. Right next to the station, but the Shinkansen are so quiet we didn’t hear them. Easy walk to historical district. Good breakfast. Had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and it had a good selection.

Best pillow among the hostels I've stay at so far! But more importantly the owners are very kind and generous and their lovely daughter likes to be social :) Shame not to spend more time in the area. Great to have a bar to hang your clothes/coat up!

The food was excellent! They have a garden around the hotel and they grow and farm their vegetables themselves. We had a very filling bento box dinner that was filled with amazing food. The place was clean, cozy, and warm. We'd love to stay longer if we could.
