I loved everything about this hotel. The staff and the owners were really helpful, they gave us tips on where to eat, which way to take to the station, where to wash our clothes. The cleanliness was top notch. It was great to see a tatami style kitchen area, the Tokyo experience felt really organic. The location is also great, you can go directly from Narita to Nippori station, it is only 10-15 mins walk to the hotel. Also you can go to main Tokyo attractions via Yamanote line which passes through Nippori. We also loved the recommended Higurashi Bakery which is very close to the hotel.

This Hotel was in a brilliant location, very close to the station and supermarkets. Very nice room, spacious and excellent facilities. The Hotel staff were very helpful and put our family group in adjoining rooms as requested.

The hotel facilities are new, and breakfast was delicious! Hotel is also located right next to various eateries, and in the heart of Asakusa area. Highly recommended!

It was definitely bigger than most hotels in Tokyo. It was perfect for our family of 10 with children and elderly staying in 3 different rooms. The location was right off of the Kitchen street of Kappabashi and 10 mins walk from the Sensoji temple and the Asakusa night life. Truly enjoyed our stay as room had everything we needed (a small kitchen with microwave and toaster, a small sink with dishes, etc and a washer dryer) Staff were really friendly as well, will definitely book here again the next time.

We've been coming back to this place for years. Excellent location, big rooms relative to the tokyo standard. Room had kitchenette and a washing machine. Friendly staff.
