New Properties. Everything is new, clean, and in good conditions. Excellent breakfast. Great outdoor rooftop hot spring. Locations near attractions, but relatively quiet at night.

Everything was perfect from start to finish. The inn is located right next to the station so you won't need to go too far when you exit. The amenities available are second to none. 1. There is a public bathhouse on the 12F that you can use to relax after a long trip. 2. There is also a pillow area where you can get different types of pillows depending on your preference. 3. The parking does cost 600 yen but the lot is rather spacious compared to some other lots

The staff were always friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Lovely ammenities in the room. The breakfast were amazing, so well presented.

Huge apartment style room. Service from all staff are incredible and made our 4 days stay very memorable. We walked from the hotel to Red Brick House and slowly stroll to Mt Hakodate Ropeway. Plenty of restaurants around the area. Highly recommend the conveyor sushi near JR Station (Nemoru Hanamaru), had our best meal there with reasonable pricing.
