The rental service! The first thing that caught my eye as I went inside was the wide range of coffee equipment that you can borrow for free during the stay. The beans they offered (at minimal price) were also surprisingly good!

The buffet had different choices and the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and can speak good English. Location is good since it's near the JR station and some stores and restaurants. I'll stay here again.

Everything was good. Location = nearby dinnings and shops Accomodation condition = clean and supporting service was great -for example, tower service was good. If you want to visit Sapporo, this place will be one of the most great place for family.

easy to go almost everywhere at sapporo. 3 min walk from nakajima station. we took bus from chitose airport, stop at nakajima park and walk only few minutes. clear instruction from the owner on how to check in and check out.

Excellent location, many amenities are close by such as laundry services, bars and supermarkets. Very close to nakajima park station which connects everywhere you need with the Namboku line. We got our stay on a deal through booking.com, excellent value for 5 nights. Staff were very friendly and attentive, cleaned up the room daily and provided complimentary water daily.

I booked the apartment for my parents in law and they were happy with it. It’s not far away from downtown (about 15 minutes walk to Susukino) and also the Nakajima Park was nearby. There were a variety of conbinis in the area, too.

I liked everything about this hotel. We had a spacious room (35 square meters) on the 19th floor overlooking the city (and not Nakajima Park) which was just great. The staff, the complimentary wine every day between 1pm and 7pm, the proximity to the park. We had also lunch in their japanese restaurant on the 24th floor and we loved it for 5k yen per person a very good deal. We just loved everything about the hotel also the small things (got free parking for 3 hours before returing the rental car etc?. Would definitely stay there again.

Such a great hotel in such a good location! Easy walking distance from Sapporo Station, and very close to Nakajima Park and Odori Park. Great views from the higher levels too. There was a cute fireplace in the lobby and they offered free drinks (non alcoholic) every night from a certain time period. Very easy check in and out process. Was always greeted with a smile.
