It was definitely bigger than most hotels in Tokyo. It was perfect for our family of 10 with children and elderly staying in 3 different rooms. The location was right off of the Kitchen street of Kappabashi and 10 mins walk from the Sensoji temple and the Asakusa night life. Truly enjoyed our stay as room had everything we needed (a small kitchen with microwave and toaster, a small sink with dishes, etc and a washer dryer) Staff were really friendly as well, will definitely book here again the next time.

Beautiful hotel in a great location, everything is on your doorstep from Donki, Family Mart, Lawson, Seven Eleven to Uniqlo and several restaurants, a short walking distance to Senso-ji Temple. The hotel provides everything you need (pyjamas, toiletries and skincare products, bottled water) and the breakfast was plentiful, the cream stew/soup looked lovely but it contained pork - although we experienced this all over Japan - it is hard to find much food without pork or beef in it…. Staff were all very helpful and so professional and courageous. We had a wonderful stay and have also now booked this hotel for our final days in Japan before return flight home.

The rooms very airy, clean and relatively spacious from a Tokyo standard, where hotel rooms can be really small! The bathrooms though shared were clean, and never had to wait for my turn. The location is quite and peaceful, with three metro stations within 10 minutes walking distance. Very importantly, if anyone is flying in from Narita Airport - this is a great pick, since Nippori station is just <10 mins away, that the Skyliner Express has a stop there. The breakfast, though very minimalist is just an add-on considering the price point.

Great communications from the outset with the owners who kindly accommodated an earlier check in and a later departure (for a reasonable fee) to meet our flight times. Clean, well furnished, with adequate space for a family of 4. A gem of a getaway with easy access to the city via Sendagi and Nippori stations. Quiet part of the city within a 10min stroll of Ueno park. A great getaway which lived up to the reviews.

The building is bright, neat, tidy and clean. The room is clean, neat and tidy as well. The staff members are very friendly and polite. The hotel is within walking distance to JR Nippori Station. The station where you can catch Skyliner to Narita Airport directly. Very convenient.

Very tidy and well organised. The traditional beds were very comfortable. Staff was lovely and very helpful. Location is perfectly suited for going around the city with Nippori station withing 5 minutes of walking.
