Wonderful hotel. We’re a family of four and we stayed three nights in two rooms: a comfort double and a twin. Great location, spacious and well organised rooms, fabulous shower, friendly staff. 2 stops on the metro from Umeda and 2 from Namba if I’m not mistaken. We really liked to visit Dotonbori but were glad we didn’t stay there.

Excellent location, just 1 km from Dotombori and very good rooms and staff.. we were in premium room on 30th floor. Awesome view. Staff was friendly, helpful and polite.
