Italymy room was so spacious! i had so many luggage and bags and i could still freely move
it was one of the cleanest hotels i stayed in. i had a shared bathroom and it was so clean at any time of the day!! it also felt so private and it never felt like i shared it with other people!
the washing machine was so convenient and easy to use!
the staff was very friendly and helpful:) everyone spoke english which was very appreciated!
would definitely stay here again!

Great area.
Great area. If you got to the castle complex, as you are looking at the castle, there is a path off to the left that has an amazing view and was the best spot there I found for good pictures without the crowds.

If you can get tickets ahead of time, do so. the ticket line...
If you can get tickets ahead of time, do so. the ticket line was longer than the line to get in.
Also, take the stairs not the elevator, if you can (much longer line at the elevator). You can rest on each floor if you cannot do all 8 stories at once.

The wait line was very long,possible more than an hour wait, we ened up booking tickets on Klook App whilst there and used QR code tickets line ....skiped the long line and went straight in 😁 also theire was a lift to the top if you can't manage all the steps.

It's quite a walk from the station to the actual castle but...
It's quite a walk from the station to the actual castle but seeing it up close is really cool. I know it's a reconstruction but it's just amazing seeing that traditional architecture and getting to walk around the castle grounds. I didn't have a lot of time to do any particular tours but I think I would want to visit again with a tour guide to check it out in more depth.

Incredible! So much information and history. Descriptions of exhibits were well written and interesting. And the reenactment videos was super cool!
When you enter the castle, before you go up the elevator, the staff informs everyone that no photos are to be taken on certain floors (3F & 4F). There are signs everywhere that say no photos, and also a staff member walking around the designated area with a sign that says “no photos.” Unfortunately, many people were still taking pictures in the “no photo” areas, which was very rude & inconsiderate. Be respectful & don’t be those people.

We had a comfortable stay in a family room and the tatami floor/futons were a novel experience. The property was clean and within walking distance to Osaka Castle, train stations, cafes and restaurants and shops. The staff at this hotel were exceptionally helpful, polite and prompt with their communication. Thanks for a great stay!

Location within walking distance to almost every highlight spots in the city such as Shinshaibashi shopping street, Dotonbori, Osaka Castle (but I suggest take a metro :D).
Very close to the supermarkets, many restaurants around the hotel. Hotel facilities and amenities are great. The bed is super comfy.

A great hotel at one of Osaka's most convenient train stations Tennoji. The nearby Tenshiba-park is great to relax, Shinsekai is within walking distance, Dotonbori and Osaka castle can be reached by train quickly. Lots of shops and restaurants around.
The staff is very nice and the rooms were surprisingly spacious. Also hotel dog Oreo is absolutely lovely.

Lovely spacious room and great location. Apartment was clean and easy to check in. Very close to Osaka Castle and Osaka Metro. Inclusion of washing machine was great and had a very modern bathroom area. Overall would highly recommend.

I love this hotel, this is my second time here.
The staff is awesome, they are very nice, food is ok.
The location is amazing, you have a train station next to hotel, if you are planning visiting USJ the hotel is very near, also you can go easily to Dotonbori, Osaka castle.
But what I really love is the amazing view from the room.
I hope to be here again soon!
