The room had a lovely view over the river. It was a perfectly sized room for just myself. Shower was especially nice and a comfy bed. Hotel bike rental was a great additional service. Staff helped me to send on my luggage to Tokyo as well. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! In hotel laundry room was great, and very useful!

Everything, our stay was amazing, the room was perfect for us, it had a good ambiance and vibe to it, extremely clean, lots of amenities were provided, hotel staff were really helpful booking us a taxi and arranging our suitcases to be transported to our next destination and good amount of space for a couple with 6 suitcases 😅 location was great too, walking distances to where we needed to go and the main strip of Osaka.

The staff, Yuusuke-san, was very helpful with checking in, checking out and very friendly indeed! Room was spacious and well equiped. Clean environment is definitely a plus for this hotel. Strategic location to restaurants, convenient stores, and to Tsuruhashi station. Just a side note, the area around the hotel has more Korean restaurants than local, not a downside but something worth noting.
