the location is perfect esp if you plan to shop in Shibuya. the staff was very accommodating and even spoke perfect English. I had a request for a birthday cake to be delivered to my room upon check in and the staff has made everything easier for me. the view from our room was absolutely phenomenal. all in all, a very happy customer.

The view is amazing, better than I expected. Not only do you get the view of the scramble crossing but you can also see the Sky Tree and Tokyo tower. Both look amazing during the day and at night. Room is very clean and comfortable bed. Rainfall shower with shower-head and a nice deep bathtub for those who like to relax after long day of shopping around Shibuya. Be sure to get the breakfast as its amazing on the 11th floor restaurant.

Polished hotel with far more space in the room than I expected. Everything was pleasant during my stay and I loved having the space to open my luggage and still have space to walk around. 500ml bottled water provided every day was also much appreciated. The separated bathroom and toilet were also pretty big and I really cannot praise more that the hotel provides tray organisers on the bathroom shelf. It made me feel at home that I didn't have to haphazardly place things on the counter. The hot tub/jacuzzi in the public bath was also a pleasant surprise, and I liked that this hotel provides keycards for the public bath instead of making people remember passcodes. As someone who starts the day late, I'm also appreciative of being able to have the room cleaned all the way up to 3pm. Staff were always courteous and helpful and made it feel like a 5-star experience staying here. I liked the location as well, it's not too far from Gaienmae Station and my favourite Doutor Coffee. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Service was incredible. Rooms were good sized for a city hotel but the small features really made it quite luxurious. Happy hour every evening was perfect to come back to after a busy day of sight seeing!

    The hotel is in an extremely good location, 10 minute walk from Shibuya station and Harajuku station. Lots of things to see and great restaurants in the neighbourhood. The hotel is right next to the train tracks, but the noise was minimal. It definitely didn't impact our sleep. The breakfast was varied and very tasty.

    The hotel was very central - a few minutes from the Shibuya Station, Shibuya Crossing and other attractions. The room was more spacious for than I had expected for Japanese standards. We had a double bed and a single bed for two adults and one child. We had breakfast at the hotel a few times - a great selection of food and drinks. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Acknowledges you every time you walk in or out. There are laundry facilities within the building as well, which was helpful as we stayed 10 nights.

    Great location - 10 mins walk from Shibuya. Road outside looks like it might be busy and noisy but it's not and you feel away from the crowds down in Shibuya. Excellent access to Shibuya station. My son had to be in a spearate room but they were able to get him one next door which was perfect. Really friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money

    Location was excellent, 5-7 minutes walk to/from Shibuya Station. Eatery's, bars and shopping on your doorstep. Easy access to other parts of the city with 6 lines servicing Shibuya. If you want to see the area at its best, go out in the evenings when the crowds are at there largest.

    It was a beautiful, clean, and stylish space. Each lighting fixture had its own unique character, which was enjoyable. The bed was comfortable, and I was able to relax. There was also fun audio equipment. It's conveniently located close to Shinjuku Station and Shibuya Station, and can be reached by taxi.

    Loved the balcony and the building, it was very safe even though the building is located in the red light district of Shibuya. Check in was super easy. The main entrance has a lock and there is a security guard and cameras. The apartment was perfect and got everything we needed (fridge, stovetop, washing machine), very cozy. The location is perfect (a few minutes away from Shibuya station) took us a while to figure out how to pull up the blinds to access the balcony (keep pulling on the beaded string once the blinds are closed) 😊

    Cute clean and comfortable hotel in the best possible location. Staff was super helpful and even helped me book a nail appointment. 1mn walk from the Shibuya station, we couldn’t have made a better choice for our first hotel in Tokyo!
