Hotels near Shinsekai, Osaka

Location is excellent, in a nice and evolving part of the city. Breakfast was unique, very interesting and diverse, according to Buddhist practices. Rooms are very comfortable, and the staff is extremely polite. It was definitely and authentic experience.

Loved our Premium room w complete kitchen facilities, the 6/f lounge w free brewed coffee where our group would gather, the hotel's convenient location. They helped arrange our group of 15 to transfer by van & taxi to Shin Osaka. All these made our holiday in Osaka truly enjoyable.

The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgable about transportation and places to go. I was very happy we could communicate in english very well. The concept of having board games all over the hotel was brilliant! My kids really enjoyed playing the dice games and the coin hunt. The rooms were very clean and nice. It was also great to have easy to use laundry / drying machines and a vending machines at the lobby. Finally, the location was just perfect for us. We shall return in our next tript to Osaka.

Location, facilities, sky bar, decor

Cancelled my booking with another hotel and took a chance on this one after seeing the stellar reviews, and after staying here, I can confirm that the compliments are 100% deserved. The staff are extremely friendly, always ready to help and greeting you with a smile! We even got escorted to the train station on our last day there, which was honestly something I've NEVER experienced from any other hotel in Japan. I stayed in a 4-star hotel in Kyoto after my stay here, and the service was so much colder and stingier in comparison... not to mention, there are plenty of massage chairs on the first floor for you to relax in (for free!) after a hectic day of shopping, as well as free flow of drinks in the lounge area. On days when you don't feel like eating out (or if you just want a break from the crowd), you can buy food back and have your meal in the lounge in peace :) the fact that the hotel itself is relatively small is an advantage, because I never saw the lounge entirely filled during my stay there. It's also much easier to do your laundry (no need to wait in line or do your laundry at weird hours). Will definitely stay here again in future!
