A special shoutout to the reception staff working on Dec 1 afternoon from 2pm to 8pm. They were so kind and polite with me and my young son. They made us feel welcome to sit at the sofa area for hours while we waited for our flight after checking out. Thank you. Ours was a spacious room with adequate amenities to feel like you can make a simple meal. We got a quiet corner room for four and we didn’t hear any noise at all for five days.

Amazing location, a few minutes walk to metro station. Good restaurant (pizza) downstairs. We took a bigger room and for Tokyo it was great value. Staff super helpful.
